The Client had major flooding issues, with water running off her neighbor’s higher yards and towards her house. We Installed a large French Drain system around the perimeter of the property, leveling the entire area. We laid a patio and path to her carport, planted turf, raised the grade around the existing tree to protect its roots, installed a small raised bed for an herb garden, and laid gravel.
